 Sticky Rice with Mango  (Khao Niaw Mamuang) 
Thai Style

Ingredients Weight
Thai Sticky Rice  500 g.
Organic Coconut Milk (Organi Brand )  280 ml.
Salt 10 g.
 Mango  2 pcs.

Cooking instruction      
1.Wash Sticky Rice until water get clear .

2.Soak  Sticky  Rice  overnight or 12 hours  in a bowl.

3.Drain the Rice .

4.Steam  over the pot of boiling water over medium-low heat for 50 minutes  or until Rice is cooked. Remove from heat  and put into a large bowl.

5.Mix Coconut milk, Sugar and Salt, Stir well & Heat until  sugar dissolved. lower the heat: simmer for  5 minutes until the mixture slightly thickened.

6. Pour the  coconut milk slowly over  sticky rice .Use a fork to lift and fluff the rice .  Allow rice to absorb the coconut milk and rest for 20 minutes.

7. Serve with sliced mangoes .
