  with White Cream Sauce

                     Ingredients Weight 
Salt   5 g (1 teaspoon)
 Corn Flour 1/4 cup
 Pepper  1/8 teaspoon
 Butter   1/4 cup
 Milk   2 cup
 Mushroom 100 g. 
 Ham  100 g.
Organic Red Rice  240 g. (1 box)
Vermicelli   (Organi Brand )    

 
Cooking Instruction
1.  Melt butter in a sauce pan.
2.  Stir in  corn flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3.  Remove the pan from heat and gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce. Return to the heat and stir all the time until the sauce get boiled
4.  Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes, add salt & white pepper.
5.  Add Mushroom and ham in sauce stir well and boil for 2 minutes (White Sauce)
6.  Prepare Rice Vermicelli :  Soak dried vermicelli in cold water (room temperature) for 2 minutes, then rinse water out, let vermicelli get soften  for 10 minutes, thenput it in boiling water for 20 seconds .
7.  Rinse the boiled vermicelli with cold water and put it into a dish and topping with white sauce (5), ready to serve.
