Ingredients

Red Rice Vermicelli ( Organi brand )
240 g ( 1 Box )
Mushroom
 50 g
Broccoli
 50 g
Carrot
 50 g
Garlic
    4 g
Soy Sauce
 10 g
Oyster Sauce
 20 g
Vegetable oil
 30 g
Sugar
    6 g
Pepper Powder
    1 g
 
  

Cooking Instruction
 
1.    Soak Red Rice Vermicelli in water  (room temperature) for 2 minutes . Drain  the water out, Wait about 10 minutes until get  soften.

2.    Wash Vegetable Broccoli, Carrot , Mushroom and Slice all 

3.   
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.

4.    
Add sliced garlic  into wok,
Stir for 30 seconds with medium heat. Add carrot ,mushroom, broccoli and Stir well unt il soft.

5.    Add water ,Soy sauce , oyster sauce , sugar ,pepper powder and Stir well.

6.   
Add  Red Rice Vermicelli
and Stir  well .

7. 
 Ready to serve
